Return & Exchange Policy
General Guidelines
- We do not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased, whether for domestic or international orders.
- Returns/exchanges are applicableย only in the case of a damaged or incorrect product and must meet the criteria outlined below.
Quality Check Requirement
To be eligible for an exchange due to a damaged or wrong item, customers must provide an opening video of the package.
Without this video, no exchange or return request will be entertained.
Return Criteria
Items sent for exchange must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unwashed
- Unaltered and in original condition

Shipped back with original tags and packaging
Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection during the quality check. The item will be returned to the customer with additional shipping charges.
International Orders
We do not offer return, exchange, or refund for international orders under any circumstances.
Exchange / Return Process (For Eligible Domestic Orders)
- Initiate Request
- Submit your exchange request within 3 working days of receiving the package.
- Provide order number, registered email ID, contact number, and reason for exchange along with relevant images (if applicable).
- Review & Approval
- Our team will review the request and respond within 48โ72 hours.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged withinย 2โ3 working days.
- Pickup & Return Transit
- The reverse pickup may take 8โ12 working days to reach us.
- Only the approved item(s) must be handed over during pickup.
- Charges & Vouchers
- A reverse pickup charge of โน120 will apply and will be deducted from your credit voucher.
- If more than one item is returned without approval, extra charges may apply.
- Once received and approved, aย credit voucher will be issued (deducting applicable shipping, COD, and reverse charges).
- Rejections
- In case your exchange is rejected during quality check, you may contact us for clarification atย truebelle2022@gmail.com.
Refund Policy
We do not provide monetary refunds on any orders.
All approved returns/exchanges will be processed in the form of store credit vouchers, valid for 12 months.
RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments
If an order is marked RTO due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address details
- Unavailability of the customer
A credit voucher will be issued after deducting shipping and RTO charges.
Note: Once shipped, address and contact details cannot be changed.
